“Intelligence is traditionally viewed as the ability to think and learn. Yet in a turbulent world, there’s another set of cognitive skills that might matter more: the ability to rethink and unlearn.”

— Adam Grant

Reimagining Work

Human Brilliance with AI

Our signature program Reimagining Work empowers and enables leaderships teams to come together to think (and rethink) creatively and critically about the possibilities of AI.

Given one of the most important skills right now is metacognition (thinking about thinking), our unique approach is grounded in creating the conditions for humans to think at their best. Our approach draws on our deep expertise in the Thinking Environment®.

Our program will provide your leaders with the space to think deeply, together, about value creation and about how to deliver on your strategy, while bringing out the best in your people - and leveraging AI.

Our Approach

Discover & Design

Together, we’ll explore your current context and challenges to co-design a bespoke program. Our core program will focus on solving a real organisational problem. We’ll work with you to articulate the risks and the return on investment.

Deliver & Refine

In this next phase, you’ll be able to choose from a range of modules. These may include; Critical Thinking in Age of AI, Keeping People Moving Forward Through Change, Reimagining Work for Improved Productivity.

Embed & Evolve

Every program is different. We’ll work as an extension of your team to stay flexible and responsive to ensure you get the return on your investment. This may include scanning of the horizon for new challenges and opportunities.

“The quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first. The quality of our thinking depends on the way we treat each other while we are thinking”

“I need to reduce noise, and I need to get the balance right between being busy, being open to new ideas, and navigating through.”

Jacqui Feeney, CEO, Screen Queensland

“At precisely the moment organisations need more critical and analytical capability, sense-making, judgement and questioning skills are at risk of erosion."

AHRI Magazine

"I’m unlearning all the time. Because I believe that you've got to ask yourself every day, whether the way we're doing things today is still the best, most effective, creative, interesting way to do it. The best way to keep yourself interested and relevant and productive is to always be prepared to look at the new way of doing something."

The Hon. Malcolm Turnbull AC

"When technology becomes the medium for discourse it can lead to a less creative, less enhancing dialogue. People still need to be in the same room, iteratively taking risks with conversation to enable true creativity."

Robert Thomson, Chief Executive, News Corp

“The future won’t only be shaped by new ideas. It will be shaped by the quality of the relationships we are able to create. Everywhere I look, I see people longing for spaces where they can breathe, speak honestly, listen deeply, and stay connected even when life becomes difficult. Those spaces don’t happen by accident. They are created by people who have learned how to hold them."

Kosha Joubert, CEO, Pocket Project
